The area known as the Karpaz Peninsula is without doubt the most beautiful location you will find, not just in Cyprus but quite possibly the entire Mediterranean. Half of this piece of heaven is protected, and rightly so given the roaming Karpaz donkeys and famous turtles. In fact on some of the stunning sandy beaches that literally go on for miles and miles, you are more likely to bump into a donkey than a human. This land is located in Erenkoy, and has stunning views of the sea. It has permission for 5 villas, although equally would make for a superb residence for one private villa. The sandy beach is just five minutes away, as is the Karpaz Gate Marina. Early interest is highly advised.
