From the outside of this property you would never think such a charming and beautiful home was behind those gates!  The owners have renovated it to such a high standard whilst keeping all the charm and character that goes with it; traditional double wooden and wrought iron doors, both back and front, high ceilings, wonderful private gardens and the stunning stone arch separating the bright and airy dining and living room.  There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a galley kitchen with white goods and a spacious bathroom.  There is a shady covered terrace from the back doors and lovely lush gardens all around the property, which are extremely private.  Within the grounds, there is also another good sized building that could easily be converted into a self-contained annex and as well, on the main house you could extend upwards; so all in all, lots of potential comes with this delightful home.  You have off-street parking, are just a short stroll away to your local mini-market and just a few minutes drive to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beaches.  The full title deed is in the owners name, so no VAT to pay, making this an absolute gem.

Baspinar Village
The sleepy village of Baspinar is set high in the mountains above Lapta village, indeed Baspinar is often referred to as Upper Lapta since the two villages have virtually merged into one and are covered by the same local council (belediye). The words bas & pinar translate into head & stream since Baspinar is at the source of natural fresh water springs which run along channels beside the roads all the way down to Lapta. Due to its elevated position the far reaching North Cyprus views from Baspinar are some of the best you will find this close to Girne. The village itself is mostly residential with only a few small shops though it is only a short drive down to central Lapta and all of the facilities it provides.
