•If you require to terminate your rental agreement with the company at any point you must inform the company know 6 months before at least 6 months in advance.

For block 2…
•10 years return – 7.5% giving a total of 75% of your property price returned
•Owners will only be able to enter their property 4 weeks per year out of season

•The agreement includes 10 year tenancy warranty. Therefore any interior damages will be covered by the developer.
•It is also required that the owner is reliable for the replacement of general wear and tear furniture after 6 years IF necessary.
